Choose an address and plan
Find a mail center in your city, compare its plans, and pay for your mailbox on a secure Stripe page.
Holuway Address gives you a real street address at a mail center registered with USPS, with your own mailbox number (PMB). Each mail center sets its own plans and fees, and you see all of them before you pay.
Find an address
- Step 1Open Holuway Address. Type a city under Find an address in a city and select Choose your address, or pick a city from the list.
- Step 2On the city page, each mail center shows its street address. Select See plans on the one you want.
- Step 3The location page shows how your address would read, the plans, what each one includes, the fees beyond the plan, the pickup hours and the services offered there.
- Step 4Select Choose on the plan you want (the button carries the plan name).
Note: If every box is taken, the location shows Join the waitlist. Leave your email, and when a box frees up we email you a link and hold the box for you for 48 hours.
Fill in your mailbox and pay
You need a Holuway account. If you are not signed in, select Sign in to continue and sign in or create one. It is the same account you use on the rest of Holuway: see Create an account.
- Step 1Under Plan, check the plan, or switch to another.
- Step 2Under Who is this mailbox for? choose A business or Me personally. Some plans offer only one.
- Step 3For a business, enter the Business name exactly as mail will be addressed to it.
- Step 4Under After your mailbox closes, give the address where mail that still arrives should be sent after you leave. USPS rules require this for 6 months. If you do not want it sent on, tick I do not want mail sent on after my mailbox closes.
- Step 5Check the Summary: the monthly price, any one time setup fee and what is due today.
- Step 6Select Continue to payment and pay on Stripe's secure page. The mail center receives your payment directly.
Back on Your mail, the page confirms your payment with Stripe. Your mailbox is reserved and shows Verify your identity: USPS requires your identity verified before the address can be used or any mail released. Next, complete USPS Form 1583.
Is this a PO Box?
No. It is a real street address at a mail center, written with your private mailbox number (PMB).
Can I use the address before my form is verified?
No. Mail that arrives is logged and kept for you, but the address can be used and mail released only once the mail center verifies your PS Form 1583.
