01 · Now

Forward a piece, or several together

Choose the pieces in your inbox and the address to send them to. They leave in one parcel, and the carrier and tracking number appear on each piece.

  • Any address you choose, filled in with your remail address to start
  • Postage at cost, plus your plan's handling fee when it has one
  • Forwards included each month by your plan

02 · On a schedule

Weekly, every two weeks or monthly

Set automatic forwarding once. On the day you choose, every piece that can be released goes out in one shipment, and you get an email after each run.

03 · After you leave

Six months of remail

If you cancel, USPS rules have the mail center forward mail that still arrives for you to the address you gave, for 6 months, unless you asked in writing that it not be sent.

  • Your remail address is taken at sign-up
  • Change it any time before you leave
  • Never refused or returned to sender

Pick up, shred, recycle

Everything else, handled the way you say

Hold mail and packages for pickup during the mail center's hours, or have junk shredded or recycled. Nothing is destroyed unless you ask, and every step is recorded.

Which carriers do mail centers use?

The mail center ships with the carrier it uses and records the carrier, the service and the tracking number on your parcel.

How is postage charged?

At cost: the postage the mail center paid, shown on the parcel, plus the handling fee in your plan if it has one. It is added to your next invoice.

Can I forward outside the United States?

Forwarding goes to the address you enter. Whether a location ships abroad, and at what postage, is up to the mail center.

  • Virtual mailbox

    A virtual mailbox at a real street address: every envelope photographed, mail scanned, forwarded, held for pickup or shredded on request, and a record of every step.

  • Mail scanning

    Ask for any letter to be opened and scanned to a PDF. Scans included in your plan, a free rescan if a page is cut off, and the original kept or forwarded afterwards.

  • Virtual business address

    A real street address for your business at a USPS-registered mail center, written with your PMB in the USPS format, with a proof-of-address letter and your mail online.
