A real street address for your business mail, your website and your letterhead. Every piece of mail is photographed when it arrives, and you choose what happens to it.

How it works

Choose your address
Pick a mail center in the city you want, and a plan. You get your own mailbox number (PMB) there.

Verify your identity
USPS requires every customer of a mail center to file PS Form 1583 with two IDs. You do it online, and the mail center confirms it with you in person or on a video call.

Manage your mail from anywhere
Each piece is photographed when it arrives. Ask for it to be opened and scanned, forwarded to you, held for pickup, or shredded.

What you can do with each piece

Open and scan
Read the contents as a PDF, the same day the mail center opens it.
Forward
Have it shipped wherever you are, with tracking. Postage is charged at cost.
Pick up
Collect mail and packages in person during the center's hours.
Shred
Junk mail and anything you no longer need, securely destroyed.

Built to the rules

USPS-registered mail centers
Every location is a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency registered with its Post Office. Holuway checks the registration before a location can sell.
Verified people only
No mail is released until your PS Form 1583 is verified, so nobody else can receive mail in your name.
Private by default
Mail photos and scans are seen only by you, the people you add, and the mail center handling them.

What you pay

Each mail center sets its own plans: a monthly price, what it includes, and the fees for anything more. You see all of it before you pay, and Holuway adds nothing on top.

Questions

Is this a PO Box?

No. It is a real street address at a mail center, written with your private mailbox number (PMB), which many services that refuse PO Boxes accept.

Can I use it for my bank and business filings?

Many businesses do. Some banks and state agencies have their own rules about mail center addresses, so check with them for your case.

Is this a registered agent?

No. A registered agent is a separate legal service. Holuway Address receives and handles your mail.

What happens if I cancel?

USPS rules require the mail center to keep sending mail that still arrives for you to the address you choose, for 6 months after you leave, unless you ask in writing that it not be sent.
