Create an account

A Holuway account is free. You can search homes, save them, book tours and even apply without one, but an account keeps everything in one place on every device, and you need one before a landlord can send you a lease.

Sign up

1. 1Go to Create your account.
2. 2Under I am, choose Looking for a place or A landlord or manager.
3. 3Enter your first name, last name, email address and a password. Landlords can add a business name too; it is optional.
4. 4Tick I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then select Create account.
5. 5Open the email we send you and select the confirmation link.

Your password needs at least 10 characters, cannot be a common password, and cannot be built from your email address. The page shows each rule as you type.

Confirm your email

You can sign in once your email address is confirmed. A confirmation link works once and expires after 24 hours. If yours has expired, or the email never arrived, select Send the link again and enter your email.

Signing in is by email and password. Check your spam folder if the confirmation email does not arrive within a few minutes.

Sign in

Go to Sign in, enter your email and password and select Sign in. Keep me signed in is ticked for you; untick it on a shared computer.
