Password and email address

Forgot your password

1. 1On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?, or go to Reset your password.
2. 2Enter your email and select Send reset link.
3. 3Open the link in the email within an hour and choose a new password.

Change your password

Open Account. Under Password, enter your current password and a new one, then select Change password. Passwords need at least 10 characters, cannot be a common password, and cannot be built from your email.

Change your email address

1. 1Open Account and select Change email.
2. 2Enter the new email and select Send the link.
3. 3Open the link we send to the new address within 24 hours.

We also tell your current address. Your email changes only when you open the link. Changed your mind? Select Keep my current email.

Keep your account safe

If you think someone else has used your account, change your password straight away and contact us.
