Pay rent and set up autopay

Pay rent

1. 1Open My home and select Pay rent, or open Pay rent in your resident portal.
2. 2Check what is due, what is on its way and your balance.
3. 3Choose Bank account or Debit or credit card.
4. 4Check the amount and any fee, then select Pay now.

A bank payment can take up to 4 business days to clear. A card payment clears right away. Cards are offered only when your landlord accepts them; otherwise you see Your landlord accepts bank payments only.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Holuway never sees your card or bank details.

Autopay

1. 1On your lease's payments, select Set up autopay.
2. 2Choose a saved bank account or card. You can set the most to charge at a time, if you like.
3. 3Select Save and turn on autopay.

Autopay pays what is due on each due date, starting with charges due after you turn it on. If a payment fails, we email you and try once more three days later.

To stop it, select Turn off autopay. You can also select Change method at any time.

Late fees

A late fee is added only as your lease says, after its grace days, if rent is still unpaid. Bank payments on their way count as paid. You get an email when one is added.
