List your property for free

Listing on Holuway is free, with unlimited listings, inquiries, applications and tour requests. A paid plan adds tools to manage tenancies; see the article on fees and plans.

Add a property

1. 1In the managing area, open Properties and select Add property.
2. 2Fill in the basic information. The other steps are optional and you can come back to them. Select Save draft at any time.
3. 3Open the property and select Manage units to add each home with its rent. To add many at once, select Bulk add units: type them, paste them from a spreadsheet, or import a CSV.
4. 4Select Upload photos. The first photo is the cover in search results; select Make cover to change it.

In the property's Fees section, list every fee besides rent, such as application, pet or parking fees, so renters see the full cost before they apply.

Publish

The Listing checklist on each property shows what is left. To go live, a listing needs a full address with a 5-digit ZIP, at least one home with its rent, and a phone or email for the leasing office. A description, real photos and amenities help it appear in search results.

2. 2Confirm that you manage the property or are authorised to advertise it, and that its details are accurate.
3. 3Select Publish now.

You can select Unpublish at any time. To take tour bookings online, set your hours under Tours with Tour hours.

Listings must follow fair housing law: describe the home, not who should live there. See Fair housing.
